Suicide Bomber Graduation Ceremony?

there is something suspect about this story, a graduation ceremony, where the suicide bombing graduates form teams , each targeting a different country?

It seems something like hollywood would dream up.
Maybe im just being a paranoid conspiracy theorist but this is an interesting addendum, outlining some of the connections between the military and tinsel town:

Now we learn that the Taliban military commander Mansoor Dadullah was in custody and subsequently released before appearing in this 'graduation' video.

Theres not much in the edit of the video i saw to suggest it is anything other than what it claims to be...but i just cant shake the suspicion.
